Service Levels
Last updated: October 10, 2026
This page is the service level statement referred to in section 4 of the Microsoft Standard Contract for the commercial marketplace, under which Power Portals Pro offers are sold.
Availability
Power Portals Pro does not offer an availability commitment of its own.
- Full Service portals run on Microsoft Azure App Service, connect to the customer's Microsoft Dataverse environment, and sign users in through Microsoft Entra ID. Their availability follows those services, whose service levels Microsoft publishes in its Service Level Agreements for Online Services.
- Power Portals Pro licences run on the customer's own infrastructure, whose availability is the customer's. A portal checks its licence with our licence service about once an hour. If our licence service cannot be reached, a portal whose licence was confirmed in the last 14 days keeps running, so an outage of ours does not become yours.
Support
- Support is by email to support@powerportalspro.com.
- We have no committed response times.
- Full Service includes up to 5 hours a month of support, changes and maintenance. Unused hours don't carry over to the next month. Additional work is charged at USD 200 an hour, quoted in advance.
Maintenance and upgrades
For Full Service, we apply Power Portals Pro releases, security fixes and .NET runtime updates ourselves. Applying them needs our Deployment Admin application to be enabled in the customer's environment; while it is disabled, they wait.
