Subprocessors

Last updated: October 10, 2026

Power Portals LLC, doing business as Power Portals Pro, uses the subprocessors below to provide its services. This list is the one referred to in section 2.3(d) of the Microsoft Standard Contract for the commercial marketplace, under which our offers are sold. How we process personal data is described in our data processing agreement.

Subprocessor Purpose Location
Microsoft Corporation and its affiliates — Microsoft Azure Hosting Full Service portals (Azure App Service), keeping their secrets (Azure Key Vault) and their operational logs (Azure Monitor) United States by default, or another Azure region agreed with the customer
Microsoft Corporation and its affiliates — Microsoft Dataverse Keeping our licence records: the organisation id, portal web address and licence key a licence check sends United States
Microsoft Corporation and its affiliates — Microsoft commercial marketplace Ordering and billing As set out in Microsoft's marketplace terms

A customer's own business data stays in the customer's own Microsoft Dataverse environment, which the customer licenses from Microsoft directly. Microsoft is not our subprocessor for that environment.
